What To Expect?

The Change Broker (CB) values the time of all who participates in Change Opportunities. Every attempt will be made to have efficient, convenient, and productive meetings. The bulk of the planning to fulfill a Change Opportunity will be done by teleconferencing. When deemed necessary by meeting participants, physical meetings will occur, however, there will always be a teleconferencing line established for those who can not attend the physical meeting. Any Change Opportunity participant who wants to maintain anonymity, can request a special email account on the CB's email server. This email account will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Change Opportunity. The Change Broker understands that Busy is the flavor of the day so every effort will be made to facilitate easy collaboration and flow. Below are the tentative time requirements needed by each Change Opportunity Participants:
